General Rules for Vitamins & Supplements

DO:

  1.  Do take with water or orange juice
  2. Store in a cool dark place
  3. Always check with your doctor before taking vitamins or supplements to ensure you have no medicinal conflicts

Do NOT:

  1. Take with hot beverages such as tea, water or coffee.  The heat can interfere with absorption in your system.
  2. Do NOT double up if you miss a dose.  If you forget, take it at your next scheduled time.
  3. Exceed the recommended dose on each package.
